How we think about this
Three positions that shape the product more than anything else:
Aria tells callers she is an AI. Every call, in the greeting. It costs us some conversions and we are keeping it. A customer who works out mid-call that they were talking to a machine blames the firm whose name was on the phone, and that is your name.
She does not quote. She gathers what you need to price a job and leaves the pricing to you, because a wrong number given confidently on a phone call is worse than no number.
We would rather you measured than trusted us. The demo line is the live system and the missed-call check is free with no card and no follow-up call. If the arithmetic does not work for your business, we would sooner you found that out before paying us.
Compliance, briefly
Our SMS marketing is screened against the Telephone Preference Service and built around PECR rather than having compliance bolted on afterwards. We are registered with the ICO under ZC164080. Our privacy policy and cookie policy apply across all three products.
