What is the same on every plan

The answering is not the thing we hold back. 24/7 is on all three — nights, weekends and bank holidays — because a receptionist who clocks off at five is not solving the problem you have. She tells every caller she is an AI on every plan too.

What changes as you go up is what happens after the call: Starter hands it to you, Pro puts it in your diary, Multi-Site does that across sites.

What it does not cost

Setup feeNone. There is no installation, no engineer visit and nobody coming out to see you.
Minimum termNone. It is monthly and you cancel when you like.
Trial14 days free before the first payment.
Trying it out firstFree. Ring the demo line below — it is the live system.
Finding out if you need itFree. The missed-call check rings your mobile and texts you back what happened. No card.
A one-page websiteFree. Tell Aria your business name and she builds one and texts you the link. It is yours whether you take Aria or not.

Is £59 a month worth it?

It depends entirely on how many calls you currently miss and what a job is worth to you, and we would rather you worked that out with real numbers than took our word for it. The arithmetic is set out here, and the free missed-call check gives you your own figure to put into it.

The other two things we sell

Aria is the receptionist. If the problem you actually have is different, it may be one of these:

TradeBoost Gas
£19 / month
For gas engineers. Texts your customers automatically when their annual service is due, so they re-book without you chasing. Add customers by text — no app, no login. TradeBoost Gas →
PipeIQ
From £199 / month
For agencies and resellers. AI-assisted SMS campaigns to win back lapsed customers at scale, white-label, with TPS and PECR screening built in rather than bolted on. PipeIQ →

All three are from TradeBoost AI Ltd, company number 17227850. More about us.

What you pay on top, and what you do not

The three figures above are the monthly plan fees. Two things are charged on usage rather than wrapped into them, and we would rather you read that here than discover it on a bill.

Monthly plan fee£59 Starter, £250 Pro, £449 Multi-Site. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
Texts10p each, or from 7.3p in bundles, the same on every plan — the text to you with the job on it, and the confirmation to your customer.
Call minutesStarter includes 500 call minutes a month, then 10p a minute. For the current allowance on Pro or Multi-Site, email us and we will put it in writing.
Extra locationsMulti-Site covers up to three. After that, £99 a month per extra location, up to ten in total, on one bill.
Setup feeNone.
Minimum termNone.

That is the whole of the commercial picture as it stands today. If a figure you have been quoted does not match this page, the page is the one to trust and we would like to know — email hello@tradeboostuk.co.uk.

Which plan actually fits you

Most people over-think this, so here is the short version.

You are a sole trader or a two-van outfit, and the diary lives in your head or on your phone. Starter. You do not want software booking your week, you want to stop losing the calls you miss while you are under a sink or up a ladder. She answers, she captures, she texts it to you, you decide. The £59 is doing one job and doing it all night.

Your diary is the bottleneck, not your phone. Pro. If the thing that costs you money is the gap between a customer ringing and a slot being agreed, letting Aria put the appointment into your Google Calendar while they are still on the line closes that gap to nothing. The customer gets a confirmation by text before they have put the phone down.

You run more than one team, branch or van line. Multi-Site. One number per location, routing per site, one bill and one place to look at all of it.

You can move between plans. Nobody is locked in, because there is no minimum term to be locked into.

How to work out whether it pays for itself

We are not going to tell you it pays for itself, because that depends on numbers only you have: how many calls you actually miss, and what an average job is worth to you. Two missed calls a month that would each have turned into a £300 job is a very different sum from two missed calls that would each have been a £40 call-out.

So do it properly rather than taking our word for it. The arithmetic is set out in full here, and the free missed-call check rings your mobile and texts you back what actually happened to the call — whether it rang out, went to voicemail, or was never offered to you at all. That gives you your own figure to put into the sum instead of ours. It needs no card and it gets you no sales call.

What the first few minutes look like

You pick a plan and give us the business name, your trade and your mobile. Your card goes in at checkout to start the trial, and the plan fee begins after the 14 free days. You get a real UK number and it is set up for you after checkout — there is nothing to install, no app for your customers, and nobody coming out to see you.

Then ring your own new number and listen to her. That is the honest test, and it is the one we would do in your position. If she is not right for your trade, you have spent five minutes and no money.

Not ready for any of that? Read what actually happens on a call first, or ring the demo line at the bottom of this page and judge her cold.

Questions we get asked about the price

How much does Aria cost?

Starter is £59 a month, Pro is £250 a month and Multi-Site is £449 a month, after 14 days free. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Texts are charged on top at 10p each, or from 7.3p in bundles, and Starter includes 500 call minutes a month, then 10p a minute.

Is 24/7 answering an extra?

No. 24/7 answering — nights, weekends and bank holidays — is included on all three plans. It is not an upgrade and it is not a bolt-on. A receptionist who clocks off at five does not solve the problem you rang us about, so holding that back would make the cheapest plan pointless.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

Neither. There is no setup fee, no engineer visit and nobody coming out to see you, and there is no minimum term — it is monthly and you can cancel any time.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

What happens after the call. On Starter, Aria texts you the captured job and leaves the diary alone, so you decide what goes in it. On Pro, she books the appointment into free slots in your Google Calendar while the caller is still on the line, and confirms it with the customer by text. Plenty of sole traders stay on Starter on purpose, because the diary is the one thing they do not want touched.

What do the texts cost?

10p each, or from 7.3p in bundles, the same on every Aria plan. That covers the text that goes to you with the job on it and the confirmation that goes to the customer. It is charged on usage rather than bundled into the headline figure, which is why the monthly price can stay where it is.

What happens if I go over the call minutes?

Starter includes 500 call minutes a month and runs on at 10p a minute after that. If you want the current call-minute allowance on Pro or Multi-Site in writing before you commit, email hello@tradeboostuk.co.uk and we will send it — we would rather tell you than have you assume.

Does Multi-Site cover more than three locations?

£449 a month covers up to three locations, each with its own UK number. Beyond three it is £99 a month per extra location, up to ten in total, on one bill. If you run more than ten, email us rather than using the signup form.

Do I need a card to start the 14 days free?

Yes. Your card is taken at checkout to start the trial, and the plan fee begins after the 14 free days. If you would rather judge Aria before handing over any card details at all, ring the demo line further down this page, or run the free missed-call check — neither asks for a card.

How do I get my UK number set up?

You get a real UK phone number and it is set up for you after checkout. There is nothing to install and no visit to book.

Is TradeBoost Gas the same thing as Aria?

No, and you do not need both. Aria answers your phone. TradeBoost Gas is a separate £19 a month product for gas engineers that texts your existing customers when their annual service is due, so they re-book without you chasing. One handles the calls coming in; the other goes after work you have already earned once.

Don’t take our word for it — hear her.

Ring the demo line and talk to Aria the way one of your customers would. Describe a leak, a dead boiler, whatever you like.

Rather she rang you? Put your mobile in on the homepage and the line calls you straight back. Not sure you miss enough calls to bother? Get a free missed-call check first — no card, no sales call.
